Meatless Taco Salad

Meatless Taco Salad 


Lettuce           
sliced black olives       
shredded cheese
Chopped tomatoes   
green peppers           
1 can corn
1 can kidney beans  
 bag of Fritos

Mix together. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and pour on Russian or French Dressing—to your taste.

(I’ve learned that this gets soggy quite fast. Only make enough that you can eat right away.)
